Cooking Recipe Pork Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb Pork cut in strips
1/2 c Oriental stir-fry sauce
3 Onions, green sliced
1/2 Bell pepper diced
2 pk Pea pods, frozen (10 oz) thawed, drained
1 cn Mandarin oranges (8 oz) drained
1 cn Chow mein noodles (3 oz)

Directions

1. In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium-high heat
about 4 to 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients. Serve with
hot french bread.

Per serving: 331 calories, 12 g. fat, 66 mg. cholesterol.
