Cooking Recipe Potato Farmer'S BreakfastRecipe Ingredients

Bacon

Potatoes; cubed
1 c
Onion; chopped
2 tb
Fresh chives; chopped

Eggs; beaten
1/4 ts
Salt
1/2 ts
Pepper
1/4 c
Cheddar cheese; grated
Directions
1. Fry the bacon in a large frying pan, or microwave it on a microwave
2. Add the cubed potato, onion and chives to the pan with the bacon.
