Cooking Recipe Potatoes Romanoff

Recipe Ingredients

4 lg White potatoes, peeled&cubed
4 lg Green onions, chopped
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Cottage cheese
1/4 c Mayonnaise

Directions

Cook the potatoes and onions in salted water until fork tender.
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and mayuonnaise and pour over
potatoes. Toss lightly to coat potatoes and bake at 325F for 30
