Parsley sprigs
Tomato wedges
Directions
Combine onion, garlic, tomatoes, ham, and raisins. Reserve chicken
Carefully lift chicken to rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4-6 inches
To serve, garnish chicken with parsley sprigs and tomato wedges. Carve
