Cooking Recipe Pumpkin-Apricot Creme RollRecipe Ingredients
Baker's Joy No Stick Spray

Pumpkin pie spice

Baking powder

Granulated sugar

Canned pumpkin

Lemon juice
APRICOT

Cream cheese, softened

Margarine or butter,
-softened
4 c
Sifted confectioners sugar
1 1/2 ts
Vanilla extract

Canned apricot filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 375'F. Spray a 15x10x1" jelly roll pan with BAKER'S
Sift together first 5 ingredients; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, beat eggs at high speed 5 minutes, until thick.
By hand, carefully fold sifted dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 375'F. for 15 minutes. Immediately turn out onto towel dusted
While cake is cooling, prepare filling.
