Cooking Recipe Quick Bbq Sauce
Recipe Ingredients

Onion -- finely chopped
2 tb
Butter
1/4 c
Brown sugar
1 tb
Worcestershire sauce
1
Clove garlic -- finely
Chopped
1 c
Ketchup
1/4 c
Lemon juice
1 ts
Mustard
1/2 ts
Tabasco sauce -- to taste
Directions
In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter intil tender. Add
remaining ingredients bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncoverd 15
to 20 min. Use as a basting sauce for chicken, pork or beef. Can be
made in microwave.
