Recipe Ingredients

Brown sugar
1/2 c
White sugar
1/4 c
Butter

Egg, unbeaten
1 c
Flour
1 ts
Baking powder
1 ts
Cinnamon
1 ts
Vanilla
1/3 c
Chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Cream sugars and butter together. Mix in egg. Add flour sifted with
baking powder. Add vanilla and nuts. Drop from a spoon on a lightly
greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350deg for 7 minutes. Check for cookie
to be just browned on the bottom for chewy cookies.
