Cooking Recipe Quickie Hollandaise Sauce

Butter or margarine

Salt

Lemon juice

Egg yolks
Directions
In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until
bubbly. Add slowly to egg yolks, beating constantly. Makes 3/4 cup.
