VINAIGRETTE
6 tb Raspberry vinegar
1 1/2 tb Dijon mustard
1 1/2 ts Sugar
3/4 ts Pepper
3/4 c Olive oil
SALAD
1 lg Head red leaf lettuce
-chopped
1 lg Head romaine lettuce
-chopped
1 bn Arugula, chopped
3/4 lb Mushrooms, chopped
3/4 lb Tomatoes, chopped
4 Green onions, chopped
1/4 c Minced fresh dill

Directions

Mix first 5 vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in
olive oil. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Add enough
dressing to season to taste and toss well.
