Cooking Recipe Red Kidney Bean Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2 c kidney beans, canned
4 T B red wine vinegar
3 T B olive oil
1 /4 t s Oregano
1 /4 t s Salt
2 d s Pepper
4 T B Celery -- diced
2 T B Onion -- chopped

Directions

Drain kidney beans, combine beans with a mixture of wine vinear,
olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend in celery and onion. Chill
in refrigerator, serve in crisp lettuce cups.
