Cooking Recipe Red Pepper SwordfishRecipe Ingredients

Swordfish steaks
-(each about 1/2 lb
-and about 1 inch thick)

Sweet red pepper

Lemons

Oregano, fresh

Olive oil

Salt
1/2 ts
Black pepper,
-fresh ground
White wine, dry
Directions
Remove seeds and ribs from pepper and cut into 1/4 inch cubes. Put in
