Cooking Recipe Reduced-Sugar Blackberry & Crabapple JamRecipe Ingredients

Blackberries
300 g
Crabapples
200 ml
Water
350 g
Sugar
2 tb
Lemon juice
Directions
NOTES: 1) The set of this spread is softer than conventional jam
2) Also, it MUST be kept in the fridge - will keep for 1
3) Try reducing the sugar further from 350g to 300g. Sterilize
Put a saucer in the fridge to chill.
