Cooking Recipe Remoulade Mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients

1 c Prepared mayonnaise
1 Scallion (3 inches of
-green left on)
2 ts Tiny capers, chopped
1 tb Flat leaf parsley
-(chopped)
1 tb Dijon-style mustard
2 ts Whole-grain mustard
1 ts Tarragon vinegar
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered,
until time to use.

Makes 1 1/4 cups. Per 1 tablespoon: 82 calories, .3g carbohydrates,
.2g protein, 9g fat,
6 mg cholesterol

This is a lovely dipping sauce to make fresh. It's similar to tartar
sauce but with the spices of Louisiana.
